Nitto 5015 is a kind of Nitto double-sided tape, which is a non-woven fabric substrate double-sided tape, made of non-woven fabric coated with acrylic glue on both sides.
The specification is: 1200MM*50M*0.14MMT,
The color is white; the tape is strong, and the tape will not be broken, and there is no cumbersome operation of peeling and removing the broken tape; using adhesives that are not easy to retain viscose, easy to die-cut processing, good initial tack and stickiness;
The long-term temperature resistance is 70℃, and the short-term temperature resistance can reach 170℃.
To achieve the bonding effect of Nitto 5015, the bonding surface must be clean and dry; for uneven surfaces and skewed and deformed uneven surfaces, it will affect the bonding effect, please try to flatten it before bonding. The adhesiveness of the tape itself needs to be fully developed after a certain period of time, so within a few hours after pasting, please be careful not to put the tape under high pressure when placing and using it.
Nitto 5015 has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of production in the original packaging at room temperature and 50% relative humidity.
