Accordion ITALO AMERICAN ? Un Branded For repair restoration and or parts

I do not know who made this accordion, a few dealers thought it was Italo American, all keys and switches seem to work well bellows has a slight leak but that good be due to the loose reeds inside, I am not a repair man or player, look at the pictures of the reeds, 2 blocks have a set in a laying position, they are not loose but a few individual reeds are loose in those blocks, never seen that, it plays but needs some work, the keyboard measures 18 1/2 inches and comes with a case, Straps are very used, has some normal wear scratches for its age, also has a ink stamp says made it
