This is a low temperature hot melt glue for spline binding of books. Cream colored pigment, it's primary use is for soft cover book binding.
This premium grade hot melt glue pellet is specially formulated for use with perfect binding machines and book binders. It is ideal for binding books, magazines, reports, product manuals, catalogs, magazines, school yearbooks, etc..
It has the correct viscosity and open time for all Digital Printers binding machines. The color of these pellets are creamy, off white. When melted in the glue pot they turn to a consistent white / cream color. Perfect for the Digital Printer, finishing on Morgana, Horizon, Duplo or Watkiss, Fast Bind, Exact Bind, Table Top, machines etc. Please keep in mind the Color Is White/Cream. Operating range 100°C – 135°C
This adhesive offers significantly improved adhesion over traditional hot melt adhesives, at the same time helping the binder to reduce costs and improve productivity. It is applied 30°C to 40°C cooler than traditional hot melt adhesives, Cool-Bind technology low application temperature adhesive offers significant benefits.
