Creative Memories CM Circle Cutter with Tempered Glass Mat for Scrapbooking

This is a used once Creative Memories circle cutter in its original box.
While the Creative Memories Company went out of business a few years ago, the usefulness of this product for preparing scrapbooks and other crafts where circles must be cut in paper, makes it a must.
The tool cuts perfect circles of any size within the margins of the enclosed glass plate from 2-1/4” to 6-3/8”.
The cutter includes a supply of blades which can be replaced with easily available break-off blades that are available at any hardware store.
Blades are stored in the hollow of the cutter assembly as seen in the photo.
Included are instructions and a guide for using a circle template. Buyer should be careful when opening the package since there is a glass plate (9” x 9”) at the bottom of the box and the cutter has a blade installed.
The glass plate has a small partial circle cut on the glass, but it does not in any way compromise the cutter or functionality of the cutter.
