Creative Memories Template - This is a plastic cutting template in the "Playful Numbers" pattern.  Numbers are approximately 2 1/2" tall.  Used for cutting out modern-looking numberss for your scrapbook album or posters.  They are also used by daycare centers and teachers.
May be used with red, green and blue blades or the larger Creative Cuts cutting tool.  Or, just use pens or markers and trace the numbers.
