This is the EK Success Circle Cutting Scissor Rotating Disc Pen Blade Cutting Mat - great for scrapbooking, crafts, notecards, backgrounds, cut-outs etc.
Cuts over 120 different circles and rings sized 1" to 6".  Rotating disc features clear view, center magnifying area, and cross hairlines for precise alignment and cutting.  Cutting slots are numbered by size from 25 to 150mm in diameter.  Circular hairlines help determine desired circle size.  Rotating pen blade is easy to use - handles just like a pen.  Makes clean one-motion circle cuts.  Dual purpose protective caps store extra lblades and ball pin.  Pen top and ball pin designed for safe blade replacement.  Includes two replacement blades.
I am listing this as used because the pen caps have some cracks in them and the packaging has scratches.  However, it does not look to me like the ring or mat have been used.  I have taken pictures so you can determine this for yourself as well.
