This is a brand new Foamwerks Foamboard Circle Cutter (WA-8001). I bought this for my daughter for one of her art classes in college and she never used it, so it's never been out of the packaging. I'm including the Foamwerks Foamboard Rabbet Cutter (WC-4010), which was used once.Free local pickup or I can ship it to you in at either the Ground rate or Priority.  If you choose Priority, I'll see which is cheaper for you: shipping in a Large USPS Flat Rate box or in my own box, which is slightly smaller and may save you a few dollars.
