Units are new in box spares on hand, and have never been used. We took the pumps out of the box to inspect and they look great. They are guaranteed fully functional and have test results from manufacture included in the box. We do not have the equipment to bench test these fully, however we put our money where our mouth is and guarantee this item as fully functional without flaws at no risk or cost to you.
