Description
HOHNER CORONA II Vintage Black Lacquer Finish Made in Germany. This is an old instrument made in Germany, likely mid-20
th
century, but since Corona IIs don’t have a serial number it’s hard to say exactly.
It has a black lacquered wood exterior, not a pearloid plastic cover.
Key is F-B-E.
It is in excellent playing condition and has great sound. Below is a video clip below of me playing it. If the clip doesn't work, here's a YouTube link:

This instrument has been well loved and well played, but I don’t have time to play any more so I want to get it into the hands of someone who does.
I love the patina- it has signs of legit wear from use.
If you are into the flashy plastic models this accordion is probably not for you, but you can’t really call it ugly.
I think it’s beautiful.
There’s a homemade replacement thumb strap on the treble side, and all the wear is in places it has been touched.
It’s not like Willie Nelson’s wreck of a guitar, more like Springsteen’s Telecaster.
If you’re not into being flashy it’s going to play great for you.
You’ll walk into any room looking like you’ve been playing for 50 years.
Check out the photos and you’ll see what I mean.
Comes with a genuine Hohner strap and a hard case.
There are some books too, but I’ve never used them for anything.
I just watched Flaco Jimenez videos.
