Operating instructions:

3. Then press the transparent paper pressing guide onto the paper to be cut. In addition, you can fine tune the boundary of the lower paper cutting to facilitate cutting to the boundary to be cut;
4. Press the paper cutter with proper force and slide it until it reaches its desired position
