This Our Memories For Life (OMFL) trimmer is NEW in box.  It has easy to read English and metric measuring system. Can cut 30, 45, and 60 degree angled lines making it easy to cut triangles. Can quickly swap between 3 different blades to make different cuts even for heavy weight paper. Has an expandable 16.5 " locking ruler with paper edger that extends to 12 inches.  Cutting arm snaps into position.  Blade allows precise cutting in either direction.  Cutting arm has a release tab for easy cartridge removal.  It is perfect for scrapbooking or home office use.
