HOW TO USE
Step 1
make sure the paper size your need and horizontally move the positioning block to the corresponding scale.
Step 2
Open the blade from the right side, and remove the blade from the security lock.
Step 3
Push the paper to the left to the positioning block(B) and up to top(D).
Step 4
Press the paper with your left hand, and grab the handle with your right hand,Cut quickly.
