This is a vintage Peca Products Professional 2" x 2" Passport Cutter PPC-404 - made in the USA. It is in excellent condition. It is made of heavy anodized aluminum construction. It is easy one hand cutting operation. A rubber pad on top of the cutting die pops out a trimmed 2" x 2" photo (standard USA passport size). It cuts polaroid paper, photo paper, and digital paper.
