This is a brand new in the package A4 Line Cutter.  The brand is the Arch.  The ruler goes up to 14" but it has a cutting length of 310mm (12.205 inches).  Cutting thickness is 2mm.  This set includes three different cutting blades - one is a regular rotary, then there is one that cuts in waves, and a third one that makes skipped cuts.  A cutting mat is also included.
Use this cutter to:
Cut paper: cards/stationary, business cards or others

Cut designs for scrapbooking projects
