    Excellent working used condition in good repair.  Guillotine and the two rotary blades are sharp and functional.  The bottom of the board in the middle of the length of the guillotine caused it to bow while pressing down on the handle not allowing good contact between the two cutting surfaces of the guillotine.  I repaired the breaks with a few sections of plastic cable tie and copious amounts of superglue (cyanoacrylate) and now it cuts at least eight pages of regular printer/copier paper at once with no problem.
