This deluxe 2" x 3' trailer tie-down is our finest over-center locking buckle with wrap around buckle protection that is proven to stay clamped under the worst road conditions. It features American made heavy vinyl coated top hook and zinc plated bottom hook. 1,700 lb. capacity - sold in pairs.

Return Policy
Returns will not be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).
Refused Delivery: It will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. The customer will also be responsible for the return shipping cost incurred by the action of refusing the delivery. Consequently, amount of refund will be issued less 20% restocking fee of the value of the merchandise and less shipping and handling fees both ways.
All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable with an exception where we have made an error by shipping and incorrect item to the customer.
