    This retractable transom tie-down is one of the best ways to secure your boat to the trailer. The RT40 swivels to ensure that webbing is pulled in a straight line to the boat transom eye. It also features an easy squeeze release mechanism which enables you to quickly and conveniently secure the boat. The optional mounting bracket may be required depending on your trailer.     Returns will not be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).
    Refused Delivery: It will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. The customer will also be responsible for the return shipping cost incurred by the action of refusing the delivery. Consequently, amount of refund will be issued less 20% restocking fee of the value of the merchandise and less shipping and handling fees both ways.
