Features of the trimmer include: an elbow that sets the position for quick 6 inch cuts, a 15 inch extendable ruler, a rotary blade, a paper stop on both ends, a cutting arm, gripper feet, a lock that holds the shuttle in place, and a cutting mat that has four cutting positions and is replaceable.
