    Item Description

You can count on the Comark -40 - 1000 degrees F Thermocouple Thermometer (KM28/P13) to provide you with accuracy within two degrees. The set includes the thermometer, a probe, and the rubber boot. The case itself is water resistant, extending the life of the KM28/P13. You can count on the Comark - KM28/P13 - -40 - 1000 degrees F Thermocouple Thermometer to work in conditions, from negative 58 degrees up to 482 degrees. The probe is around four inches long so that it can actually reach into the inner portions of even larger meats to deliver a more accurate reading.
