Vintage 1950's 50s Girls kids WHIMSICAL dolls black cotton corduroy circle skirt

Check out this adorable, whimsical vintage 1950's girl's circle-style skirt!
This lovely little skirt comes in a fine wale, black cotton corduroy with colorful tartan plaid acetate lining. Skirt has a 5" metal 'Seba' brand zipper and black plastic button closure. The center back waistband features a nifty elastic, stretch panel. But, my favorite feature of this skirt are the very whimsical, hand-painted 'dolls' or figures decoratively sewn onto skirt panels at front (5 in total).
Condition is excellent, near mint, with the exception of one head missing from wooden figures.
Measurements:
- 21" waist (but keep in mind that elastic-stretch panel!)
- 30" hips
- 15" total length from waist to hem
