This VINTAGE 9" Premier Photo cutter was made in Chicago by the Photo Materials Company
This will also cut paper smaller than 9"
This cutting table has a small footprint of 9" x 9" and weighs just over 4 lbs.
The blade has been adjusted and sharpened.  Perfect cuts.
Check the photos and you will see a small piece of wood has broken away from the end of the front leg.  This does not effect the cutting.
This is a vintage piece so it has been used but works very well.
